Sub-processors.

Staygood ApS uses the providers below to operate the Staygood platform. A provider processes personal data only for the stated service and under contractual data-protection obligations.
Customers receive at least 30 days’ notice before a new or replacement sub-processor starts processing Customer Personal Data. Objections may be sent to legal@staygood.ai as described in the Data Processing Agreement.

Other service relationships
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) is an independent controller for payment transaction data. Payers submit card details directly to Stripe.
- Google and Microsoft act under their own terms when a platform user chooses their sign-in service.
- Accounting systems and file feeds selected by the Customer are data sources or destinations under the Customer’s own agreements. Staygood connects to them on the Customer’s instruction; they do not process data on Staygood’s behalf.
- Public company registers and enrichment sources receive search requests but are not engaged to host or process platform data for Staygood.
The platform contains no third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking SDKs.
